Switch to Wunder Mobility

Switching platforms shouldn't cost you users.

Most operators stay on software they've outgrown because switching feels like betting the company. Standardized migration means your fleet keeps running, your data stays intact, and your riders barely notice.

Proof, not pitch

Operators switch to Wunder Mobility without losing their business.

Two proven models

Your migration, scoped to your risk.

A small, simple fleet can cut over in one overnight window. A large or seasonal operator moves in waves, with users switched over between trips and no big-bang night. You choose the model that fits your business.

  • Big-bang: one low-traffic overnight window, service back by morning
  • Phased: waves over days, each user offline only minutes between trips, fleet never dark
  • Either way, your current system stays live until we cut over
Before we move anything

We map your business, not just your data.

Every migration starts with an assessment workshop. We analyze how your business actually runs, from onboarding and activation to your revenue mix and app flows, so the move protects your baseline and, where we can, lifts it. We have run dozens of migrations in the last 18 months.

  • Onboarding and activation: how many users onboard, stay active, and take a first rental in month one
  • Revenue mix: subscription versus package business, mapped so nothing drops in the move
  • App and conversion flows: where your current app differs from Wunder Mobility, and where conversion could dip
  • Sign-in changes handled up front, like moving from email and password to email OTP
How a migration runs

Every step is tested before the point of no return.

Your data is copied and validated up front. We rehearse the migration, sign off on migrated test users, then cut over in a low-traffic window. The migration only becomes final when your branded apps go live, and everything is tested before that moment.

Your data

Mapped model by model, reconciled before anyone moves.

Every data domain is analyzed, mapped to Wunder Mobility's model, and validated before migration. Independent records first, dependent records after, so nothing arrives incomplete.

  • Customers, vehicles, trips, invoices, subscriptions, territories and more
  • Tokenized payment references only, never raw card data
  • GDPR-compliant, with every record checked and reconciled after the move
Your branded apps

Your branded apps, live in the stores.

Wunder Mobility builds your white-label iOS and Android apps, runs QA, and clears Apple and Google review. You click release. Riders update the app once and log straight back in.

The white-label rider app: a Plan your trip screen browsing available vehicles with live prices.
The white-label rider app: a vehicle screen with its live per-minute rate, protection option, and Start and Reserve.

FAQ

Questions operators actually ask.

Can we roll back if something goes wrong?

Yes, right up to the point of no return. Your current system stays live and read-only through setup, validation, and the cutover window, so we can reverse the switch until your branded apps go live in the stores. Everything is tested on your migrated data before that moment.

Do we have to freeze operations?

No. In the phased model users move in waves and your fleet never goes dark. In the big-bang model the only full-offline time is a single low-traffic overnight window, and customer service keeps lock and unlock throughout.

Can we run both systems in parallel for a few months?

We migrate in safe batches and run both systems in parallel during the move, but not indefinitely. A permanent dual-run multiplies risk and cost for you. We keep the parallel window short on purpose, with a clear cutover.

What about our data?

Your data is copied and validated up front, mapped model by model, and reconciled before anyone moves. Payment references are tokenized, no raw card data is transferred, and the process is GDPR-compliant.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

€40,000 setup fee plus published per-vehicle pricing. The assessment fixes the migration scope in writing.
