Platform / Growth & marketing

Acquire riders for less. Keep them riding longer.

Every sign-up, ride, and payment updates one live rider profile. Your lifecycle campaigns and your attribution run on how riders behave right now, not last week's export. So you stop paying to acquire riders who never ride, and keep the ones who do.

The problem

Growth you can't see is growth you overpay for.

Most operators run acquisition and lifecycle from outside the platform, on data that is already stale. Three gaps cost you riders.

A blended number, not a real one
You know what you spent on ads. You do not know which channel brought the riders who actually rode.
Per-channel signals, tied to real rides.
A CSV export, one week late
Your marketing tool sees last week’s spreadsheet, so campaigns fire on who a rider used to be.
One live profile every campaign reads.
The first ride, unseen
Most operators lose more riders between sign-up and the first ride than anywhere else, and a tool that never sees rides cannot win them.
Journeys that trigger on the ride itself.
The rider loop

One profile. Every ride makes the next campaign smarter.

The same rider data drives every stage. Acquisition feeds it, lifecycle campaigns act on it, and every ride updates it, so each campaign starts smarter than the last.

The payoff

Spend follows the riders who ride.

Because the loop closes in the tools you already own, you measure acquisition against real riding behaviour, not installs. Budget moves toward the riders who ride, and lifecycle campaigns keep them riding, optimised continuously instead of once a quarter.

What you control

Set up the whole offer without a ticket.

Vouchers, promo codes, and packages live in the back office. Your marketing team builds the offer, sets when riders can claim and redeem it, and publishes, with no engineering release.

  • Combine credit, discounts, free minutes, and free unlocks in one branded code
  • A custom-named code that also waives the sign-up fee
  • Set the claim window and the redemption window per campaign
Your stack

Already run Braze or AppsFlyer? Bring your accounts.

You keep your own Braze and AppsFlyer workspaces, your data, and your campaigns. The platform wires its events and deep links to them, so there is no rip and replace and no data engineer required.

Questions

Questions operators ask.

Do we need a data engineer to connect this?

No. Rider events, attributes, and deep links flow to Braze and AppsFlyer from the platform out of the box. You configure campaigns in the tools you already know.

How do segments stay current?

Every sign-up, ride, and payment updates one rider profile, and those attributes sync to Braze. Your segments re-evaluate as the signals arrive, so a lapsed-rider or power-user segment is always up to date.

Can our marketing team run campaigns without a ticket?

Yes. Vouchers, promo codes, packages, subscriptions, and ride passes are configured in the back office, and lifecycle journeys run in Braze. Neither needs an engineering release.

Does attribution work with our own ad accounts?

The platform sends install, registration, and ride events, with revenue, to AppsFlyer server to server. Your ad networks read that attribution to bid on rider value, so the bidding stays in the networks you already run.

What does the growth tooling cost?

It ships in the same platform tier as everything else, so there is no separate growth licence. The full rate card is on the pricing page.
