How subscriptions work
- Automatic renewals. Benefits renew at a set interval, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, and the billing cycle can differ from the renewal cycle for flexible pricing.
- Customizable benefits. Offer credits (in stack mode, where unused credits carry over, or refill mode, which tops the balance back up), a percentage discount per trip, or free unlocks.
- Flexible assignment. Apply a subscription to one location, several, or all of them.
- User control. Riders can cancel in the app, and you can move them between plans when needed.
- API automation. Retrieve and update subscriptions through open APIs to script routine actions.
