Core Values
Our Four Guiding Principles define the way we work together — not just when things are easy, but especially when they’re hard. They help us make better decisions, stay aligned across teams, and build a workplace where integrity, high standards, and mutual respect are non-negotiable.
1. Trust
We build trust by communicating openly, trusting each other, and leaving our egos behind.
2. Accountability
We take ownership, follow through on our commitments, and raise issues early.
3. Focus
We drive impact by prioritizing what matters and respecting each other’s focus.
4. Challenge:
We embrace challenges, speak up, and stay open to new perspectives.
Our Journey
'14-15
Ride-hailing Pioneer
At the end of 2013, Gunnar left Airbnb, where he had been a part of the original team, to launch the first ride-hailing in Germany, called WunderCar, in Hamburg and Berlin!

'16-17
Carpooling
After countless market tests, tweaks and late-night strategy sessions, WunderCar's product evolved into carpooling in emerging markets. Wunder Carpool was a break-out success in Manila, and later expanded to Delhi and Rio de Janeiro.
'18-19
Tech Platform
#BecauseWeShare. Our mantra, established in 2018, reflects our core belief that driving the future of shared mobility is a team effort.
We began to license our technology to other operators world-wide and, eventually, became a pure B2B software-as-a-services company.

'23
B2B Market Leader
Today, we are proud to provide the leading software platform for vehicle sharing operators. Together with our global client base, we are accelerating the transition to more sustainable mobility options for all.
'24
Aquisition of
goUrban
In a strategic move to drive innovation and expand our market reach, Wunder Mobility acquired goUrban. This merger brings together two industry leaders, creating a powerful force in the shared mobility sector.
