About the Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate (Pre-MBA) to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This role is designed for someone who wants to fast-track their career by gaining hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a growing B2B SaaS company. As the Founder’s Associate, you will serve as a sparring partner and problem-solver across a wide variety of strategic and operational topics. You’ll be involved in real business challenges, from market analysis to investor discussions, and will have a front-row seat to the decision-making processes that shape the company’s growth. The role is part-time (10–15 hours per week) and based on-site at our office in Hamburg’s HafenCity.

What You’ll Do

• Work side-by-side with the Founder & CEO on a wide range of projects.
• Support with research, financial and market analyses, and the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., investors, partners, clients).
• Take ownership of administrative and organizational tasks including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Manage contracts and support in coordinating with external partners such as lawyers, tax advisors, and suppliers.
• Drive special projects end-to-end, often with little precedent or playbook.
• Contribute to ensuring smooth communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional academic record (business, economics, engineering, or related field).
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both German and English).
• A “get-it-done” mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ambition to pursue a top-tier MBA or leadership track in startups, consulting, VC/PE, or tech.
• Previous experience in consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus.
